Satisfaction is guaranteed on all iimmerTM Products. We want you to be thrilled, if, however, you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of the ship date.
Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.
Have all the original packaging, including all tags and manuals.
Refunds can be issued to the original of payment.
If the returned item does not meet the requirements listed above, there will be a restocking fee or you’ll be issued a store credit instead.
Warranty
The Warranty period is 1 year, starts from the ship date. During warranty period, if your product malfunctions, it will be replaced based on iimmerTM warranty terms and conditions. To be eligible for the Warranty Program:
You must be the initial purchaser of the new product from iimmerTM or one of its authorized dealers.
The product has been properly maintained, not abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired.
The purchaser voids this warranty if he, she or others attempt to repair, service or alter the product in any way.
This warranty does not apply in the event of accident, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision or other damage from external sources, including damage which has been caused by user replaceable parts.
